Hi! These are my Terms of Service (ToS) for commissions.
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.
These rules apply to illustrations created for personal,
non-commercial use.
I retain full authorship and exclusive rights to the created artwork.
You are granted the right to use the artwork for personal purposes.
Copiright & Use
Allowed:
✓ Post the artwork on personal social media with proper credit to me.
✓ Use it as an avatar, wallpaper, or print it for personal use.Strictly Prohibited:
⨯ Use the artwork to train AI/neural networks or for AI content generation.
⨯ Create NFTs or any crypto assets based on the artwork.
⨯ Sell, transfer to third parties, or claim the artwork as your own.
⨯ Make significant modifications to the final artwork (e.g., color correction, painting over, heavy cropping) without my written consent.
I reserve the right to display the finished artwork in my portfolio and social media.
If you require full confidentiality (an NDA),
please let me know before we start working.
Proscesse & Deadlines
Estimated turnaround time: 14–30 days after the sketch is approved.
I will always notify you in advance if I need a bit more time.
Feedback: Please try to provide feedback within 3–5 days.
If communication is delayed, I will place the commission on a temporary pause to accommodate other clients in the queue.
Revisions
Free revisions are included in the commission price to ensure
you are happy with the result:
Sketch stage: Up to 3 revisions (changes to pose, composition,
or minor character details).
Base color stage: Up to 2 revisions (adjusting shades,
colors, or minor accessories).
Final render stage: Only minor cosmetic tweaks are allowed
(e.g., small highlights or slight adjustments).
Please provide a clear description and reference images
for your commission. Please note that if details are insufficient,
the turnaround time may be extended.
Payment & Refund
Payment Terms: 100% prepayment is required after
the sketch is approved.Payment Methods: PayPal or Bank Card.
(To ensure a secure and transparent transaction for both of us, all payments are processed through EasyStaff, a trusted freelance escrow platform. This platform holds your funds safely until the work is completed and you approve the final result. (Please note: Any platform or bank transfer fees are covered by the client).)Refund Policy: Refunds are only issued if I am unable to complete the commission due to my own reasons or force majeure. If you choose to cancel the order after the sketch is approved and payment is made, the funds are non-refundable, as the work on the concept and sketch has already been completed and delivered to you.Delivery & Disputes: The final high-resolution artwork will be delivered via your preferred method (e.g., email, Google Drive & etc.).
Chargeback Policy: By commissioning me, you agree not to initiate any chargebacks or payment disputes before or after the artwork is delivered. Any concerns or issues should be discussed
with me directly first, so we can resolve them amicably.
I expect constructive and respectful communication, free from toxicity, rudeness, passive-aggression, or undue pressure. Please respect our agreed-upon deadlines and avoid rushing the process.
If communication becomes toxic or a client acts unprofessionally, I reserve the right to cancel the commission. In such cases, work will cease immediately, and any refunds for completed stages will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Privacy
Your personal data is used solely for the purpose of processing your order and will not be shared with any third parties, except as required by the laws of the Republic of Belarus.
